The design of the shirt is fine - however this is NOT a 3XL as described - it is much smaller than that - more like a L/XL. As I like my shirts baggy, I always buy a size bigger than normal, but this is still a tight fit on me, & I would not be able to wear the shirt all day as movement is too restricted & uncomfortable. (e.g. Rides up at the back). Not happy with my purchase, I'm afraid.
