These are excellent quality shorts. They are seamless and high waist. They stretch to perfection. I am 5’10” tall 170 athletic build 28.5” waist 40” hip. I purchased a size large and they are perfect. They do not roll up and do not have that band of elastic in the waist. The waist band is wide and lays completely flat, it is very stretchy

Took 37 days to arrive. Material is smooth and stretchy and curved contouring is flattering. No front or back middle seams. I am UK12 (31" waist, 37" hips) and these hug me tightly with medium compression which I like - I would say L fits UK12, maybe UK14 best. No sheerness standing up but definitely not squatproof which is expected with a lighter colour. Still super cute though! Great Gymshark energy+ seamless dupe!
